Warranty Policy
COVERAGE
This TOEM-XTRA Warranty provides coverage for parts and labor in respect of the covered Product stated on the T And O Company’s Invoice/Receipt for covered inherent mechanical and electrical defects only and only to the extent provided by the manufacturer of the Product; and extends that Coverage for a further period commencing upon the expiry of the manufacturer’s warranty and add-on TOEM-XTRA Warranty expiry date accordingly to the product warranty period stated as below.
This means that, inclusive of manufacturer’s warranty, the Product will have a total warranty for another 365 days provided if you have registered in our website @ tnoeastmall.com.my/xtrawarranty, subject to complete submission.
On-site service charges for repairs are covered only if the original manufacturer’s warranty states on-site service. Otherwise, if necessary, the customer will pay on-site service charges.
PRODUCT ELIGIBILITY
This TOEM-XTRA Warranty will only be eligible upon Product purchased from both T’nO EastMall online and offline platform, limit to Invoice/Receipt issued by T And O Company; and successfully submit the 1-Year TOEM-XTRA Warranty claim online; and have completed the manufacturer’s original warranty validity provided calculated from the date and time purchased as stated in the Invoice/Receipt.
FOR REPAIRS
During the warranty period (both manufacturer’s warranty and TOEM-XTRA Warranty) for the Product purchased and stated clearly in the T And O Company Invoice/Receipt, should you have any defect or faulty Product, please call or Whatsapp T’nO EastMall customer service @ 016-920 3882 during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm), and our experienced Customer Service Representatives will assist in meeting your service needs. Repairs must only be carried out by the authorized repairer as directed by T’nO EastMall upon Invoice/Receipt for the Product must be presented. If the breakdown is not covered during the warranty, you will be charged for the cost of repair.
TRANSFER OF TOEM-XTRA WARRANTY
This TOEM-XTRA Warranty is valid in Malaysia & Brunei only. TOEM-XTRA Warranty is not transferable to another item, owner and/or in any relevant occasion.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Coverage will not, under any circumstances, extend to any loss or injury to a person or loss or damage to property or any incidental, contingent, special or any direct or indirect loss and consequential damages including but not limiting to losses incurred due to any delay in rendering service related to this Warranty and loss of use during the period that your Product is at an authorized repairer and/or while awaiting parts.
Replacement parts will be new, original or non-original manufacturer’s parts that perform to factory specifications of the product determined at our discretion T And O Company will replace your Product with one of like kind and quality if the Product is not repairable or beyond economical repair. The replaced Product (the spoilt unit) shall become property of T And O Company. Due to technological advances, the replacement product may be of lower retail value than the original Product.
TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION
The TOEM-XTRA Warranty will be void and/or terminate immediately without prior notice, should the owner of this TOEM-XTRA Warranty misused, misled and/or in any act of violate the terms and conditions stated for the said warranty. If the product is moved out of the country of purchase, it will not be covered by this any both the warranty covered.
Cancellation of this TOEM-XTRA Warranty is applicable only when the defect or faulty Product is returned to or exchanged by T And O Company, together with the Original Sales Invoice/Receipt to obtain a refund.
