Order Processing
Once your order is placed it will be processed within 1 -3 working days.
All orders are processed on business days (excluding weekends and Public Holidays within Malaysia). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday and orders on Public Holidays will be processed on the following next working day.
Shipping & Handling
For products that inquire installation, your order will be delivered using in-house transport. However this service is limit within its region and state only. Otherwise shipping will be arrange accordingly with relevant transporter.
For selected products, your order will be delivered using selected courier services in Malaysia such as PosLaju, J&T and any other courier services applicable within the region and state.
Delivery Services
At T’nO EastMall, we promised for a Fast Delivery within 72 hours within its region and state. Otherwise, the delivery timeline applies as below:
East Malaysia (Sabah)
Time frame: 1 – 10 business days
Peninsular Malaysia*
Time frame: 1 – 14 business days
*VKare temporarily is not available to Peninsular Malaysia
Shipping may take additional time during promotional periods, holidays and extreme weather conditions.
Tracking
Once your orders have been picked up by our assigned logistic company, tracking codes would be available and you can then track the delivery status of your orders from your registered account login. Hence, buyer are responsible to safe keep your username and password for login purposes.
